Served as Lead Designer under Principal Will Wick. Project consisted in converting an existing 1920s-era gas station into a wine tasting room and adjacent ‘speakeasy’ bar for locals. Architecture and the surrounding organic edible garden (by Nelson Byrd Woltz) all used sustainable building principles that supported the client’s focus on sustainable winemaking practices and production of organic olive oil.
